A wholesale packaging brief connects your bottle format and brand presentation with order quantity, budget and delivery needs. Use the points below to prepare a useful enquiry. You do not need a finished design to start.

Quantity and budget

Minimum order quantities are flexible and assessed for each project, rather than fixed across all designs. Tell us the quantity required for each box format, your target budget, and whether that budget includes freight. Materials, construction, branding, and production requirements determine the practical order quantity and price.

What shapes the quotation

Box dimensions, materials, construction, branding, inserts, finish, order quantity and packing requirements all belong in the specification. Review sample or setup charges and delivery costs alongside the unit price so you know what is included.

Sampling and approval

A sample costs US$250, including design, sample production, and shipping. The sample fee is credited against the subsequent production order. Allow approximately 4–6 weeks overall, from initial discussion and design through sample delivery. Review the drawing, branding, construction, and bottle fit, then record the approved specification before production. See the sampling and production process.

Production and delivery planning

Once the sample and specification are approved and production begins, manufacturing in China typically takes about 4 weeks. Sea freight and final delivery in the United States generally require a further 4–6 weeks, giving an estimated 8–10 weeks from production start to delivery. Sampling is a separate earlier stage. Timing is indicative and confirmed for each project. Share your required date and destination; confirm packing, freight costs, and import responsibilities in the quotation rather than assuming they are included in the box price.

Planning a repeat order

Reference the previous specification and tell us about changes to bottles, artwork, quantities or delivery requirements. Ask us to reconfirm current pricing and timing before treating a repeat order as unchanged.
